About Swimflowy

Hi, I’m Gaurav.

I’m a long-distance swimmer and triathlete based in Amsterdam. I help other triathletes find a stroke that flows and feel more at home in open water.

My approach is practical: observe first, identify the highest-impact change, then use simple drills and cues that help you hold onto that flow without a coach beside you.

Before we swim

Good to know.

Who is this for?

Triathletes and open-water swimmers who can already swim independently and want more flow, efficiency and race confidence, especially for a 1.5 km Olympic or 1.9 km middle-distance (70.3) swim.

Where do we swim?

In open water in or around Amsterdam. We agree the exact location based on conditions, your level and where you are based.

What should I bring?

Bring goggles, a bright swim cap and a wetsuit when conditions call for one. If you have them, also bring flippers, a pull buoy, paddles and a kickboard so we can use the right tools for your drills. A tow float is strongly recommended.

What if conditions are unsafe?

The session is moved. Wind, water quality, temperature and visibility come before the training plan.
